Another Team-member left today. Marc van Fucht, who was doing research for his fashion-documentary and is making a short video about Team Peter Stigter, left Milan. He takes hours of footage with him and hopefully we will be able to post this very special video at our blog soon!

Time for a second shift. We said goodbye to Tess yesterday, and I will keep you posted from now on. It’s going to be a busy week-end in Milan with shows of Jil Sander, Dolce & gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Armani and Marni.

Meet Marc van Fucht, our temporary Team-member. Marc , who’s a well respected documentary-maker, is joining the Team this week-end in Milan. He is doing research and will make some short video’s for the Team Peter Stigter blog.

Lisa and I just went to the small Supermarket around the corner to get some groceries. Just some healthy snacks like tomatoes, apples, bananas and lots of water to make it through the day.

Started the first day of the Milan Fashion Week by sorting our invitations. Loved the D&G invitation (floral printed, with some real seeds in it) and the one from Moschino, which was lemon shaped.
Peter Stigter aan de Muur at De Bijenkorf
Peter Stigter’s charity-project Peter Stigter aan de Muur decorated eight shoppingwindows of De Bijenkorf Amsterdam, the leading Dutch department store. Thirteen large photo’s are exposed asking attention for the charity-fund. The exhibition ends august 2nd.
Fashion- and photography lovers can buy limited edition large format photo’s via the website www.peterstigteraandemuur.nl. Profits will be donated to projects helping the blind and visually disabled.
The sizes of the prints, made in collaboration with Canon, will be 100 x150 cm. , 70 x 100 cm. or 50 x 70 cm. They will be accompanied by a certificate of originality. Prices start at € 365,-.

AIFW Streethearts Award #5
This is it! It’s goodbye to the AIFW summer-edition and to our Streethearts-contest. Esther Coppoolse, fashion director of ELLE, was chosen as our most fashionfabulous streetheart. Because she has her own personal style instead of acting like a fashion victim. And that has nothing to do with her job, she’s been developing her style over the years and it’s only getting better. It’s stylish, daring, personal and you can see she had fun dressing up.
But hey, that doesn’t mean you didn’t look good – everybody we photographed and put on the wall was worth looking at. And inspiring too. So we want to thank you all for dressing up ! And we’ll meet again next year !
